I recently spent New Year's at a charming countryside hotel near Winterberg. One of the highlights was the warm hospitality provided by the friendly staff, who made sure we felt welcome and helped us navigate the area. the location was perfect, with great hiking trails just a stone's throw away and only a short drive to the skiing areas. Being able to explore both the serene countryside and the exciting slopes was a fantastic advantage.
the restaurant lacked variety in its menu options.

Located in a scenic area, perfect for outdoor activities like hiking and biking, and just a short drive away from the ski areas. The rooms are recently refurbished and beautifully designed. They provide you with a wide range of amenities that cater to your comfort and convenience. the staff is friendly and always willing to help with any queries you may have.
The traffic noise from the nearby road can be bothersome if you're a light sleeper. The Wi-Fi speed is decent, but during peak times it can get slow, leading to connectivity issues.

The host and staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nicely decorated. Breakfast was good too. One of our friends had to cancel the trip at short notice and even though we could not cancel free of charge, the hotel deducted the costs for breakfast for our friend from the bill. Very nice.
